Hey peeps!Test...Test...Test! Joey Chan had an announcement to make. ~AHEM!~AHEM!~ (Clearing throat) Wohooooooooooooooooooooooooo! MID-YEAR HAD ENDED! But, the anxiety I had was not to a large extent. Well...Its not my end of it. I still have to struggle with my 'o' level mother tongue. LOL! Cross my finger, I'm longing to get a minimum of A2! ROMEO, please save me! A maths paper 2 was our closing paper. Everyone felt alleviated when the clock struck at 9.45am. But discussions and conversation was held outside our classroom. My classmates were disussing about one another's answers. Different answers were given from each person. Whose right or whose wrong? We were uncertained. The last decision still lies on Mr Tan. Enriching course for Sec 3 & 4 NA in the afternoon. We were all dead beat after many days of midnight oil, but dismally, we had foot the bill using our edusave fund. There is no way we can escape, so we had to attend. LGs was choosen to go for Junior chef. Great potential housewives huh?! (*Smiles!) Lesson was fulfiling. Had learnt so many kind of 'Knife tatics'. The differentiation of Old & Young ginger. The usefulness of each types of ingredients. For instance, Garlic can reduce body odour, Ginger is good for Bowel. A simple ingredients can cook up with a nice and appealing dish. Our dish for the day was Spaghetti Oleoleo. The ingredients were mainly for Herbivores. There's no meat require. I had captured a photo of the food done by Chef Joe. I shall upload the photo as soon as possible. Chef Joe was humourous amd easy-going guy. His story of his own passion and interests of cooking thrilled me up. Its pleasant to hear his truth story =) ~Thumbs up for Chef Joe!~ Had done on our hand on skills. I was grouped with Yau on, zhan ming and Natasha. It is amusing to see guys helping out in the kitchen. Especially Yauon, it is entertaining to see the way he cut the vegetables. Slow and steady one! Its funny to see the way Yau on reacted when the olive oil gives a 'POP' 'POP' sound. Zhan ming and him never once stop their bickering session. Its indeed hilarious! Tiredness takes place after our practical. Everyone was sudoriferous! I wonder our sweats had fallen into the dish?! I wonder will I got myself into the hospital tomorrow? I shall stay tune.... Shall end here. Its a crappy post! Treat it as a bed-time story! Ciaooooooo ! |
