Hey peeps,Today was the last day for Elective Module. Kind of unwilling to dispatch with the chefs. 5 lessons is definitely not enough to be a good chef and a housewife. I would want more!=) Goodbye to all the chef instructors!       Every group was assigned to cook a dish for their Principal to savour. Each group spend their 5 hours wisely to ensure their food is edible. My group prepared Grilled chicken and a bowl of Honeydew sago. The outcome was fine but the fruit dessert appeared to be tasteless. The sauce of the grilled chicken was definitely caught the crowd going as it was mixed by Chef Noor. Miss Neo even compliment it. During the procedure of preparation, conflicts and disagreements occured, but we managed to overcome it. Its a great learning experience to come out ideas of cooking. Natasha and I were shooking off our head when we look at the dish. We concluded that the chicken may turn hard and the food will taste weird. But we were wrong, the chicken is soft beneath it. The sauce of the black pepper brought up the taste of the chicken. It tastes mama-mia. I gave a thumb up for this dish! Xiaoqing was kind enough to help us wipe up the bowl of unsweetness dessert away. FOOD OF PARADISE! My group! *Grilled Chicken and Honeydew sago*   Edwin's group! *Banana Split and Nasi Lemak*    Georgina's group! *Spaghetti and Longan Jelly*  Crystal's group! *Spaghetti and Mango pudding*  Sebastian's group! *Spaghetti and watermelon juice*  Meijun's group! *Seafood Horfun and Carrot-apple juice*  Nasriyah's group! *Omelette fried rice, Cocktail and Chocolate pudding*  It was the Vice-principal who came to try on our food! I guess Mr Leong is afraid to come, he must have the thoughts that we are trying to poison him with the food! Hahaha. VP came with Miss Neo to try on our food. I must announce that he is a good VP in our school. I got a great good impression on him. He tried every group's dishes. He praised everyone for doing a great job! Hope he won't get any diarrhea.  Nasi Briyani( Done on second lesson)  Ole olio(First lesson) Intensive mother tongue is killing most of us. Everyday come to school to write Compo, do Comprehension. It may bore us off! 'O' level Mother tongue is round the corner, to be exact we are left with 6 more days. Maybe last minute preparation do help, i don't know! I noted my extra holiday lessons schedule today! First two weeks of june holidays is packed with extra lessons, English Oral and other stuffs. Sec 4 and 5 do not get the luxury of holidays unlike the Sec 1-3 =( Alright, Got to go for a run, ciao! =) |
