Hello Humans. Sorry for the lack of updates. When elder brother was around at home, Brandon and I were restricted to use the computer. He will be staring at the screen and sitting on his bed for the whole 24 hours. Weird brother! But now he is away, at Bali enjoying himself with all his Navy crews, I shall take this time to blog. Speaking of which, last Saturday, I was away from Singapore to Kukup. It was a 2 days 1 night trip so that wasn't any much interesting things to say. Mostly we spent the whole day eating! And yes, Kukup is well known for its fresh seafood. So how can we go there without tasting their seafood? It is not to be missed. Bus journey to Malaysia takes age of hours due to the heavy traffic. Stuck in the bus for 5 hours, butt really hurts. Furthermore the seats are as hard as a rock. I had a hard time throughout the whole journey adjusting my sitting position. And yes, Brandon & Father slept so soundly in the bus. Pig! So we arrived Kukup at 1pm. Settled down to have our lunch. 5 dishes were served. Its a great deal, we have Oats Prawns, Black pepper chilli crab, Oysters, Tofu and fish. Sedap! We had a short walk to our apartment. I was told that we will be sleeping in a hut. But it ended up sleeping at an big apartment. Well, a size of a Bungalow. I'm not kidding. Its really so spacious. There's living room, kitchen, bathroom. Just like what a 4 room flat is. There isn't any activities out there so Brother and I loiter around the streets. We went to different shops to check out the price of Chewy Gums. Well, it is such a rare to chew those chewy gums, we definitely have to find the best deal to get all those back to local country. Typical Singaporean, I know! Dinner time was so relaxed! We do not have to lay any finger on the barbecue. There's manpower helping us to cook and serve. We were just like some King & Queen being served by the servants. However, I did sneak out to help them. Second day passed really fast. Breakfast was either nasi lemak or bee hoon. Took a ferry ride to the fish farm. Bought all their local tibits back to our own country. Bought Mama fake LV handbag. Despite of the fake goods, she was overwhelmed by it. Woman uh woman! Spent most of the penny on Chewy Gums., manage to smuggle back. Lucky ones! Lunch was the same, Seafood but with different spices now. We left Kukup at 2pm. On the way back was a smooth Journey. Everything went fine and we reached Singapore at 5pm. Pictures below. Bye Folks!                                                 |
