Welcome to Universal Studio. My friends and I went to this awesome attraction. People pay $70 plus to enter this studio, however we only paid $50. Thanks to Gabie's Mum offer. So the 10 of us, Gabie.Huiting.Liping.Abel.Edwin.Kahsheng.Yauon.Ernest.Shihui hopped down and we enjoyed all the rides & scenery out there. My camera was spammed with 300 plus of photos. I took some out, the rest were left in my facebook. For now, I will try to recall everything, my awesome journey.

This is the map of the Universal studio. Seriously, it seems like the place is really big however we managed to complete the whole walk within few hours. The attractions out there are limited. if I can count the coasters they have, its within my finger tips. I guess we paid more for their scenery & environment. Being the most typical Singaporean, we reached there exactly & 10am, this is when the place is open. We have a free bus ride organised my Sengkang CC. The journey was relatively smooth. We were glad because most of the people out there were elderly. This meant that we would be taking a shorter time to queue for the rides. .

While waiting for Kahsheng to arrive, we strolled around the little shops that was situated outside Studio. The Hershey chocolates shop was filled with delicious chocolates. I was drooling over it. But you know you have to pay for a good price in order to get good stuffs. The chocolates cost expensive.

Excitement ran against us, especially Liping, she was so enthusiastic. The first person to enter the gate. When we entered in, we were entertained by the mascots. Cute little funky mascots.
Our first ride, we headed towards the theme called 'Sci-fi city'. That's when the most exciting Coasters was located. The coaster was made up of two colours, Blue Vs Red. Battlestar Galactica: HUMAN (Red)
Battlestar Galactica: CYLON(Blue). The Cylon Raider is a suspended roller coaster that will turn your world upside down as it runs through vertical loops, corkscrews and cobra rolls. The Human Viper Mark II is a seated roller coaster that zooms at 90km/h and propels you fourteen storeys into the air while pursuing the enemy. Riders on both coasters will experience unbelievable thrills as they twist, turn & narrowly avoid collision. And the best part is both starts & end at the same time. In between, you might meet one another. How cool can this be. My friends rode 4 times of the Cylon. However for me, I only took once and that's enough to keep my head spinning. Poor Yau on, after taking the Cylon ride, his body cannot take up those pressure and he started having cold sweat. Literally not feeling ride. And throughout the whole day, he did not take up any of the coaster rides, except those movie shows.

After our coaster rides, we walked into the theme called 'Ancient Egypt'. It was the Ancient pyramids and obelisks stand fast against the sands of time as you are transported to 1930’s Egypt, the Golden Age of Egyptian Exploration. Travel to an era when entire Pharaohs tombs were discovered- and their terrible curses unleashed. We sat on this  Revenge of the Mummy. It is also a rollar coaster ride pllagued on all sides by huge fireballs, swarms of scarab beetles and an army of warrior mummies, all in total darkness. There's back acceleration. Thumbs up for this ride. My friends were crazy enough to make so much noise during the rides. I think they are insane, oh they are always.

Next we went to the theme of 'The Lost world'. It was Divided into two themed areas: Jurassic Park™ and WaterWorld™, this zone is for fans of the two blockbuster movies, as they can experience a dense tropical forest where dinosaurs lurk, then watch death defying stunts filled with thrills and spills! Firstly, we went to take this Jurassic Park Rapids Adventure. It was a white water raft system with state-of-the-art animatronics and a thrilling white water drop, thrill-seekers on circular rafts will be tossed on waterways within the Jurassic Park compound, where prehistoric creatures roam free. This ride might get drenched, so we have to put on our Poncho. I would say this is the most boring rides. Literally just go one round, watched the scenery and get drenched. Gabie & Kahsheng had a water shot. The rest of us feel dry.

Next is the underwater world, basically this is neither a ride nor coaster. It is just based on the blockbuster film, "Waterworld", witness a tidal wave of death-defying stunts, along with thrills and spills from real explosions of fire and water at this sensational live water show. Really explosion occurs here. Its live.Worth watching, I would say.

After watching the show, we had our lunch at this food court. HAHAHA! The food was 'CHEAP'. One set of chicken rice costs you $10.50. Who will willing to buy? Moreover, my friends are far too hungry. They have no choice but to settle their lunch over there. The guys bought themselves chicken wings. 12 pieces nearly hit $20 bucks. You know guys can't live without Carbohydrates. they intend to buy a bowl of rice but guess how much does a bowl of rice costs? $2? HAHAHA! Expensive than a piece of chicken wing. Ended up, they just had chicken wings for lunch. Super funny!
After lunch, we continued our expenditure. The next theme is ' Far far Away'. Disney happened over here. Just by the look of the castle. Its like some fairy tales happening over there. Like the Prince & the princess lived happily ever. All the Movie stars, talking donkeys.…the land of Far Far Away showcases lifestyles of the rich and fairy taled. See how successful fantasy characters live within tall, graceful walls sweeping over a pavilion-covered courtyard. First of all, we zoom into this 4D Shrek adventure. Not 4D lottery uh! Never ever bet in Universal Studio. Anyway, This was the first time i'm watching 4D. So exciting, can. There's water splashing on you, the chairs can move about on its own. Sometimes, you can feel something underneath. WOW! COOL! So Shrek adventure is all about saving Princess Fiona in a totally in in-your-face- fairy tale adventure. Through the miracle of OgreVision you’ll see, hear, and actually FEEL the action right from your seat.
Next we head down to 'Madagascar'. And guess what, we played the merry-go-round ride. Oh goddess, this was lame! The rides are for young children but yet we hopped up and act like some small little kid. Merry-go-round goes by turning round and round. Feel so nausea afterwards, worst than the rest of the rides. Hahaha.

Next we headed down to 'Hollywood' ; 'New York'. Basically both are shows, there's no rides nor coasters. Pantages Hollywood theaters casts about Broadway musicals, come watch the infamous Universal Classic Monsters in “Monster Rock™” — a rock-n-roll style revue. Fitted with cutting-edge cinematic technology, including state-of-the-art digital projectors, this mega-monster spooktacular features great music, dancing, comedy, special effects, and enough pyrotechnics to wake the dead. Its freaking Rock'n' roll. They are good at singing, dancing. It makes you feel like you are in Hollywood watching superstar concert.

And towards New york, we went in to this theater
Its specialised in making movie films, effects and sounds. Be blown away by incredible special effects as an empty soundstage becomes the setting for a Category 5 major hurricane about to hit New York City. As you stand in a boathouse by the harbor, watch how a calm day suddenly turns stormy. Brace yourself as hurricane-force winds sweep in from the sea and drive a cargo ship and debris towards the boathouse you’re in. Calm soon returns and the damaged boathouse restores itself, all thanks to movie magic.

After exploring all the themes, we went back to play all the thrilling coasters again. That's explain why my friends get to sit 4 times of Cylon. They got addicted by this rides. The weather turns bad after 5pm and it started to pour heavily. We ended our expenditure and head back to Vivo city for dinner. Natasha and Meijun joined us. The rest are just random photos taken (:
